VinciWorks is a global company that helps organizations stay compliant with laws and regulations through training and software. As the company evolved, they launched a comprehensive rebrand to support growth and strengthen their position in a fast-moving market.
Mostdesigned was brought onto the project as a strategic design partner to support the internal graphics team. For over a year, our job was to adapt a variety of digital and print assets to the new brand system. Although the rebrand itself was developed by Capri, our role enabled VinciWorks’ live in its new identity with consistency, clarity, and speed — far beyond the initial brand launch.
The Brief
VinciWorks’ internal design team needed support with:
Translating a broad, editorial-style brand system into practical execution across digital and print assets.
Standardizing visual language across internal and external channels — from product interfaces to sales collateral.
Improving team capacity and workflow to adapt at pace in a fast-moving compliance and eLearning business.
Operationalizing a brand system at scale in a complex, regulated environment.
Implementing the new design system while having a thorough understanding of branding.
In essence, our job was not just to design — but to upgrade the graphic operations of an entire department, ensuring the new rebrand could scale in practice, not just on a mood board.
Approach & Contribution
Working closely with the VinciWorks design and content teams over the course of a year, we:
Redesigned high volumes of key assets — including presentations, infographics, course visuals, reporting templates, and marketing materials — ensuring they adhered to the refreshed brand language while remaining functional and impactful.
Collaborated with the rest of the team across product, learning design, and marketing to understand how compliance content and graphic language intersect.
Supported fast-paced iteration — meaning things had to be both high-quality and nimble in execution.
This work required not just strong graphic design chops, but strategic thinking, exceptional collaboration and communication, speed and adaptability in an evolving, enterprise-level environment.
Impact
While the rebrand provided the foundation, the real success came in how the VinciWorks team could now operate with the new system. Our contributions helped:
