You can choose to pay upfront in full or make two (50-50) payments, with the final payment due on Design Day. Payment is done via credit card or bank transfer.
This has never happened and is unlikely to ever be the case, because it is a very collaborative process.
You are part of it every step of the way, see the sketches being made and the work before it's final.
You are only limited by time, which can be extended for an increased investment (up to $5,500).
Lastly, there is a two hour edits call within three days after Design Day, so you'll be able to make sure you're hooked and pleased with the finished products.
Brand sprints are a highly collaborative experience—we won’t expect you to design your own logo of course! But you will be needed to be available for quick responses on creative ideas during Design Day.

Existing businesses with an established brand are usually not the right fit for this service.
For them, we recommend our in-depth Strategy & Identity process because they will need to carefully manage their reputation and brand recognition.
Yes. We work globally through virtual meetings and online workshops.
We offer our services in English, Hebrew and French.
We don't currently offer websites during Brand Sprints.
