The Boho Queen Who Built a Universe
What started as a heartfelt, unfiltered Instagram account turned into a personal brand empire (and we got to be part of the journey!).
The Backstory
Malka Chana Amichai, aka The Bohemian Balabusta, began sharing her journey in late 2020—womanhood, motherhood, marriage, faith, and the raw beauty of juggling it all. A year in, the account had exploded. She was receiving constant DMs, fielding requests, and pouring out content—without a brand or system to support her.
She came to us for a website.
But we saw the bigger picture—and helped her build a universe, by creating a brand.
The Challenge
As a bold Jewish orthodox influencer navigating intimate, often taboo topics like love, intimacy, and emotional vulnerability, Malka Chana needed to walk a delicate line:
Alternative, but still grounded.
Boho-chic, not boho-messy.
Candid and fresh—but never alienating.
We also had to protect her brand identity as imitators began to appear, proving the importance of depth, clarity, and authenticity in every design and message.

The Visual Language
Designing for an alternative educator required thoughtfulness. We created a visual world that feels expressive, rich, and spiritual—but never crosses into cliché or kitsch. Her palette blends earthy and royal tones. Her logo—a bejeweled drop—is both feminine and regal. And her layouts remain airy, artistic, and grounded. It’s unapologetically boho—with elegance and intention.
Behind the scenes, this clarity changed everything. Her brand grew stronger, her offerings became easier to sell, and her platform felt like it was finally working with her, not against her.
The Growth
After the brand had been established, Malka Chana experienced a powerful foundation that allowed her to expand. Her brand acquired a legitimacy and her message a clarity.
It became easier to grow, easier to sell, easier to lead.
She now has a clear identity that holds her, supports her, and reflects her true voice.
And when imitators began to surface—as they always do when success hits—she could stand tall. Because when you build a brand with real depth, no one can truly replicate it.

Today, The Bohemian Balabusta reaches over 64,000 women. Her influence is growing, her business is thriving, and her voice is unmistakably her own.
